- Notice- We need at least 2 weeks in advance notice to make reservations. The earlier you inquire about a specific date the more chances of it being available for a party.
- No Rental Fee- As long as all food and drinks will be provided by FeLynn Oriental Restaurant. No outside food or drinks will be allowed. You may bring your own cake and decorations. We are not responsible for decorating. You can come early to decorate and balloons are allowed.
- Food- Order the food items based on the party-size trays from the menu enough to feed the entire party. We can provide paper supplies to take home the left over food.
- Parties with 50 or more people- If we have to close our dining area during restaurant hours, FeLynn Oriental Restaurant can allow pick-up & take-out orders for customers.
- Other Fees- There will be an added 20% charge off the total bill (not including tax) for supplies and cleaning.
- During Bar hours- If the party runs into our bar hours (every Fri. & Sat. 9pm-2am) no one under 18 is allowed after 10pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Deposit- We will need to collect 50% of the total bill no later than one week prior to the date of the party. We can accept cash or credit card only, no personal checks. The deposit will be deducted off the final bill once paid.
- Damages- The responsible party will be liable for all and any damages made inside and outside the restaurant property during the party.
- Music- You can provide your own music on a disc or you can hire our professional DJs. We can only allow our own professional DJs to use our sound system. If you would like to have a professional DJ, you will need to talk directly with our DJs about their fees and pay for their services after the party.
